By booking any service with Yasways, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Our services: We provide educational training and test preparation in English and Arabic—specializing in IELTS, OET, Life in the UK, Driving Theory, and SERU—alongside corporate training and staff development. Our bilingual support services include English–Arabic translation and standard administrative assistance (form-filling, correspondence, document preparation based on your instructions), with extended project support for complex or ongoing administrative needs available on request.

We do not provide: Immigration, legal, financial, or medical advice; course selection recommendations; or visa eligibility guidance. We do not guarantee outcomes from any third party.

Bookings and payment: Payment terms vary by service. Most single sessions require full payment in advance; larger projects may require a 50% deposit. Quotes are valid for 30 days. A contract is formed when you confirm in writing or make payment.

Cancellations: Bookings under £50 are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Limited rescheduling or credit may be offered at our discretion. For bookings of £50 and above, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund (minus a £25 administrative fee) or rescheduling; less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable. Where a service is scheduled within 14 days of booking, you agree that it may begin within the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed.

VAT: VAT is not currently applicable. All prices are in GBP (£).
